‘Branded’ to vie at Salento Int'l Film Festival

Salento Int'l Film Festival in Italy is slated to host Iranian short film ‘Branded’.

The short directed by Fatemeh Mohammadi, will be screened at 2021 edition of the Italian festival in September.

Written by Amir Roueeni, the film is about Hafiz, who decides to cross the Afghan border in order to save the life of a woman and her child.

The Salento International Film Festival is a celebration of films and filmmakers, promotes international independent films, in recognition of the fact that movies are the most powerful form of cultural communication and link between cultures and peoples.

The 2021 edition of the event is scheduled for September 7-11.
